A technician will remotely access your computer to perform a Diagnostic on it.
Remote Repair

A technician will repair your computer remotely. This fee is added to each service performed.
PC Ambulette

A technician will arrive to pick up up to 2 computers for off-site service. When service is complete your computers will be returned.
After Hours Support

Hourly rate charged in addition to any service fee for services performed outside or regular business hours.
